General terms and conditions
1. Attendance/Absences
We expect you to attend classes regularly.
For cycles :
- In the event of absence from one or other session, even with a medical certificate, the session(s) will be counted and not reimbursed.
- You are free to be replaced by a person of your choice as long as the level of the group remains the same. The replacement (first and last name) must be notified to us by email: carole@acetennispadel.be and secretariat@acetennispadel.be
- In the event of permanent withdrawal during the cycle, even on presentation of a medical certificate, the sessions will be counted. To benefit from a refund, the student may be replaced permanently by a person of the same level, subject to our acceptance and payment of the remaining sessions by the replacement.
- If we have to postpone one or more courses, we will reschedule these sessions to a later date, generally after the cycle and subject to Sportcity's availability. These dates are fixed and non-negotiable.
The cycles offered follow the rhythm of French holidays. Some courses may be given on public holidays to avoid postponing them.

2. Registration steps
Until you have received a CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION from our secretariat, your registration is not definitive!
- You will first receive confirmation of your REQUEST.
- We manually check availability, requests, the level of the group, etc.
- You will receive a request for payment. This will definitively confirm your registration.
3. Payment and Refund Policy

When you place your order, you will receive an email with the precise payment details.
Only full payment after confirmation of registration by our secretariat will definitively confirm your registration.

For cycles of 10 sessions:
- As soon as we receive the e-mail with the payment details, we ask you to pay the full amount within 15 days (and to send us proof of payment).
- In the month preceding the start of the cycle, please make an instant transfer of the full amount (and send us proof of payment).
For courses and other events:
- As soon as we receive the e-mail with the payment details, we ask you to pay the full amount within 7 days (and to send us proof of payment).
- In the month preceding the start of the course or event, please make an instant transfer of the full amount (and send us proof of payment).
Please note:
If the payment conditions are not met, we will delete your registration request and put it on the schedule to make room for other people.
Reimbursement
For cycles :
- In the event of withdrawal 1 month before the start of the course, 30% of the fee will be retained for administrative costs.
- In the event of withdrawal less than one month before the start of the cycle, 50% of the sum will be retained for administrative costs. The reason for withdrawal is irrelevant, even if a medical certificate is provided.

- To qualify for a refund, the student may be replaced permanently by a person of the same level, subject to our agreement and payment of the remaining sessions by the replacement.
- The replacement (first and last name) must be notified to us by email: carole@acetennispadel.be and secretariat@acetennispadel.be
